At Utah Youth Village, in-kind donations help create opportunities that financial contributions alone cannot always provide. From school supplies, household essentials, and holiday gifts to professional services, event support, and technology, these donations allow us to respond quickly to the needs of children and families while preserving financial resources for evidence-based treatment and family support programs. Every in-kind gift helps us deliver more comprehensive care, strengthen families, and ensure that more children can safely remain at home or thrive in supportive environments.

Another amazing in-kind donation idea:

Each year, Utah Youth Village presents the Helping Hand Award to an individual who has made a lasting impact on the lives of Utah’s youth and families. In 2026, we are honored to recognize Utah’s First Lady, Abby Cox, for her “Show Up” initiative and her dedication to emotional self-reliance, foster care, service, and opportunities for children with intellectual disabilities. We are currently seeking donations for our silent auction and would be incredibly grateful for your support. Popular auction items include gift certificates, tickets, vacation packages, hotel stays, unique experiences, merchandise, dining experiences, spa services, entertainment packages, and family-friendly activities. We also need printers for our event signage, photographers and floral arrangements.

Your donation does more than support a meaningful cause – it also provides valuable exposure for your business to hundreds of engaged community and business leaders attending the event. Donors will be recognized in our mobile bidding platform viewed by all attendees, on event signage throughout the evening, and on the Utah Youth Village website.
